STEP 1

Browse our website, read everything thoroughly. Once you have picked the right rental package for your project then you’re ready to click on Book Now!

Please note: If your production feels more comfortable by viewing and examining the gear in person before making a payment, then we completely understand! If this is the case with you, then please email us to schedule an in-person viewing before booking.

STEP 2

Get COI (Certificate of Insurance). It is mandatory for EVERY renter to provide ID verification, COI, CC Authorization Form and a signed Equipment Rental Agreement before picking up the gear. It’s easy and it only takes a few minutes.

STEP 3

After you have sent us the Certificate of Insurance (COI) and made the full payment, then it’s time to schedule specific pick up and drop off times!

Our schedule is very flexible, pick up and drop off times can be negotiated based on your availability, but you must let us know with as much time in advance as possible (please).

STEP 4

Depending on the equipment that you rent, a local equipment rental provider will be assigned to you (Most of our rental providers are home-based!). You will receive an email from us with the exact address and instructions after we have scheduled your pick up & drop off times, received the COI, verified your ID and received full payment.

STEP 5

Arrive on time for pick up and drop off, make sure to check all the equipment before taking it, and most importantly… ENJOY YOUR SHOOT!
