STEP BY STEP:

Click on the “Book Now” button to upload your COI and make the payment. After receiving your payment and COI, we will email you the Equipment Rental Agreement for you to sign. In this same email, we will also send you a link to verify your ID through our trusted Third Party Verification Platform called Stripe.

Your equipment rental reservation is OFFICIALLY confirmed ONLY once you have made the payment, provided a valid COI (Certificate of Insurance), signed the Rental Agreement and verified your ID. Four easy steps! (It only takes a few minutes).

CANCELATION POLICY:

100% refund: Cancellations with more than 72 hours in advance before the rental pick up date.

50% refund: Cancellations within 72 hours before the rental pick up date.

No refund: Cancellations within 48 hours before the rental pick up date.

If an rental is confirmed but the client does not provide a valid COI, a signed Equipment Rental Agreement, and ID verification, with at least 12 hours before the rental pick up, then the reservation may be subject to non-refundable cancellation.

INSURANCE:

We require ALL renters to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) reflecting the total replacement value of the gear ($99,000). The insurance policy must cover theft from an unlocked or unattended vehicle. Please note that the average cost for a short term rental COI will cost between $100 to $225 extra. The client must assume responsibility for the deductible amount that they chooses for the COI.
